COMMUNITY ENERGY TRANSFORMATION OF LA RIBERA COUNTY (OTC LA RIBERA) provides technical support for la Ribera county municipalities by organising courses, conferences and seminars on local energy communities (LEC). Those capacity building activities are aimed at training citizens and the rest of local stakeholders.
Moreover, participatory processes will be launched to facilitate the design and constitution of local energy communities.
