I SPARKING CHANGE – DISSEMINATION

“Sparking Change” includes all dissemination and communication tasks. Its main objective includes communicating everything that is happening on the project from scratch to end, including activities and project results.

A project communication plan will be designed including dissemination planning (identifying the target audiences, developing the most important messages, selecting the most appropriate means to reach out to these audiences, etc.), communication material (creating the visual identity of the project, logos, banners, fonts and adjusting them to the needs of the communication channels chosen etc.).

“Sparking Change” is crucial since it helps “translate” the outcomes of the project and make them available for anyone to see, creating a long-lasting impact. An effective communication approach and planning can help the project reach its overall goals in several ways.
