GUIDE FOR THE APPLICATION OF PPI
The objective of this document is to serve as a guide or strategy for the design and implementation of a Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) or procurement of innovative technology by local authorities or municipalities in the Ribera del Xúquer region.
The Public Procurement of Innovation procedure in this project is focused on the energy rehabilitation of public buildings.
PROPOSAL OF NEEDS
This document provides a summary of the actions carried out during the needs analysis phase corresponding to the PPI process, within the framework of the project “BUILDING CPI – Public Procurement of Innovation as a tool to improve energy efficiency in public buildings in small municipalities”, funded by the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI).
The project aims to promote the development of innovative technologies and/or solutions aimed at reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions, thereby improving the energy efficiency of the building subject to this procurement.
