PROJECT INFLUENCE AND SCOPE

Through PPI/CPI, the aim is to strengthen innovation within the business fabric of the Valencian Community, because:

  • Through PPI/CPI, the Consorci de la Ribera acts as a public buyer, allowing companies to strengthen their activities and develop their innovative capacity through knowledge generation and R&D.
  • Stimulation of public-private cooperation and influence in R&D topics.
  • Activation of economic growth.
  • Generation of quality jobs.
  • In practice, local companies have the advantage of better competing in municipal calls due to proximity, territory, cost efficiency, etc.

The business fabric of the Valencian Community can position itself in each phase of the cycle:

  • Needs detection: Discovery of needs through unsolicited proposals.
  • Financing: Awareness of different instruments to fund the CPI.
  • Open market consultation: (Legal) guidance on the future Tender Documents through the proposals submitted in the open market consultation.
  • CPI Tendering: Submission of the best offer.
