The Algemesí Town Council owns the building located at Figueres Street nº 3, adjacent to the town hall building, with a footprint of 154 m². The building dates back to 1984 and has a total built area of 362 m².
The Algemesí Town Council has planned the complete refurbishment of the building in order to accommodate various municipal departments, allowing internal access to the first and second floors.
The building consists of a ground floor plus two upper floors, with access from Figueres Street nº 3, featuring a concrete structure, a pitched roof with Arabic tiles (two slopes) in the front section, a single-slope roof at the rear, and a flat roof in the remaining areas. The layout is as follows:
- Ground floor: consists of an entrance hall with the staircase, several rooms, an open interior courtyard, kitchen, two restrooms, and storage areas.
- First floor: includes the void over the terrace and courtyard of the ground floor, several rooms, a main hall, kitchen, and restroom. A rear room is also included.
- Second floor: consists of an outdoor terrace and a main room.
