PROJECT PHASES

The LA RIBERA ZEROCO2 project, funded under the Innovation Procurement (CPI) programme of the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI), is structured into the following key phases:

PHASE 0. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CLUSTER AND CPI WORKING TEAM.
This phase lays the foundation for the Early Demand Map (MDT). It includes the creation of a working group based on the triple helix model (academia, industry, and public sector), involving the 47 municipalities of La Ribera.

It also includes the procurement of technical assistance, enabling the consolidation of an innovation cluster for decarbonisation projects through CPI.

An action plan will be defined, along with a training session on CPI.

PHASE 1. NEEDS ANALYSIS AND IDENTIFICATION.
This phase focuses on developing the Early Demand Map (MDT) to achieve an energy-sustainable territory.

It includes the identification of current and future needs, particularly related to decarbonisation, through meetings, interviews, and data analysis.

Municipal strategies will be reviewed, alongside technology scouting and market analysis.

This process ensures project feasibility, builds market confidence, and enables critical mass generation.

It concludes with a regulatory and funding analysis and the presentation of the MDT.

PHASE 2. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT.
This phase involves identifying key stakeholders (companies, universities, research centres) and establishing communication mechanisms.

It includes preparation for the Preliminary Market Consultation (PIN) and continued technology monitoring.

Finally, dissemination actions targeting the business sector will be implemented.
