The PROMINENT MED project includes the implementation of a pilot action for a procurement procedure based on Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI). This pilot action is aimed at achieving investments focused on improving the energy efficiency of municipal buildings. In this context, the City Council of Alzira has selected the Cucó Warehouse as the target of this pilot action.
The Cucó Warehouse is a municipal building located at 28 Pau Street, and it was acquired by the City Council of Alzira in 1983. The original building, dating back to the early 20th century, was exclusively dedicated to the orange trade.
